Clinical Research Coordinator, OSU Medical Center


Information: Sharon Kim began her studies at the Ohio State University in 1997. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in English and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. From 2003 to 2006, Sharon worked with The Center for Eating Disorders and Psychotherapy in Worthington, Ohio as the support group facilitator for the Bulimia Nervousa Support Group. In 2006 she joined OSU's Student Wellness Center as a volunteer for HIV testing and counseling. Sharon joined the Stress and Immunity Cancer Projects in 2005 as the coordinator for the Extended I and II breast cancer studies as well as the breast cancer recurrence and Stage IV study, which examines the link between patients' moods and feelings and their bodies' hormonal response to stress. She is currently a Clinical Research Coordinator with the Ohio State University’s Comprehensive Cancer Center, working with the GI/GU Team at the James.
