Road of Life is pleased to be included in Morgan Stanley’s 2007 Annual Appeal, the Firm’s charitable giving campaign for employees. From October 31st through December 14th, Morgan Stanley employees are encouraged to give back to the communities where they live and work.

The campaign allows employees to make as many donations as they wish to any organization including the Morgan Stanley Foundation, which supports children’s health and education, diversity, and employee volunteerism.

ROL has been very fortunate to be included in this wonderful program. As co-chair of ROL’s New York City Advisory Committee and member of the New York City Morgan Stanley branch, Josh Moldovan played the key role in integrating ROL into the Annual Appeal supporting the children’s health and education. This aspect invests in initiatives that ensure that children have the healthy start and academic foundation needed for consistent and meaningful achievement in life. The organization focuses on innovative programs that inspire excellence and ensure delivery to underserved societies.

Last year, Morgan Stanley and its employees contributed nearly $50 million to charitable organizations and delivered hundreds of thousands of hours of volunteer service in communities worldwide. This was the most successful Annual Appeal in firm history with 59% participation and over $8.1 million pledged. Morgan Stanley’s goals for the 2007 Annual Appeal are to reach 100% employee participation and to raise $8 million for charities across the country.
